Recognising the need for structured guidance during the early years of RERA in Karnataka, he dedicated his efforts to helping developers, real estate agents, homebuyers, and professionals understand and navigate the evolving regulatory framework through practical consultancy, education, and stakeholder engagement.
Today, his work extends beyond consultancy to building an integrated ecosystem that combines regulatory intelligence, professional networking, compliance technology, research, and public-interest initiatives to strengthen the real estate sector.
