When the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 came into force in Karnataka in 2017, it marked a significant shift in the regulation of the real estate sector. It introduced greater transparency, accountability, and a structured framework for developers, real estate agents, and homebuyers.
Recognising both the opportunities and the challenges created by this new regulatory landscape, I began my journey in RERA consultancy with a clear objective—to simplify compliance, support stakeholders, and contribute to the effective implementation of the RERA framework in Karnataka.
Over the years, this journey has evolved from providing consultancy services to building a broader ecosystem dedicated to knowledge, professional collaboration, technology, and public interest.
